Kaylee M. Willis
Ms. Willis joined the Firm in 2018. She practices in all areas of intellectual property law, including patent, trademark and copyright prosecution, opinion and litigation support.
Ms. Willis specializes in working with foreign associates to prosecute and enforce patents and trademarks in many countries. Ms. Willis also prepares and prosecutes all stages of U.S. patent applications.
Ms. Willis earned her B.S. in Biology and Forensic Science from Loyola University Chicago in 2014. She earned her J.D. from The John Marshall Law School in 2018 where she served as Editor-in-Chief of The John Marshall Review of Intellectual Property Law. Ms. Willis is licensed in Illinois and is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
